Paganini is a family-owned Irish company. Founded in 1990 by Tomas Murphy
who began making ice cream using a classic Italian recipe on his dairy farm in
Wexford, the company today makes a full range of premium ice cream and desserts.
Paganini uses the highest quality dairy ingredients including fresh Irish cream,
fresh whole milk and fresh cream cheese in the making of our ice cream and
cheesecakes. Our gateaux and pastries are made with fresh whole eggs from
Wexford. Our traditional range of apple pies and crumbles are made with Bramley
apples from Co. Armagh.
Paganini make a number of dessert formats always using the best available
ingredients. Our cheesecakes, pastries and gateaux are available in traditional
round 14-portion Cakes, 12-portion Individual Deserts, 44-portion Rectangular
Tray Bakes, 42-portion Square Tray Bakes, 21-Portion Tray Cakes and Mini
Dessert/Assiettes. These varying formats enable us to offer significant
flexibility in our dessert solutions and provide product which suits a large
variety of applications and price points.
